Part Time Sales Roles
Wm. Sykes and Son is a family run Estate Agency practice specialising in the sale and rental of Residential and Agricultural properties. The company was established in 1866 and last year we celebrated our 150th year in business.
We are looking to recruit new members of staff to work in our busy Holmfirth office. The positions will involve working predominantly in residential sales but also providing support to our rentals department.
Experience is not necessary as full training will be given to the successful candidate. What is important is a keen interest in property and a good knowledge of the local area. Applicants must thrive on working as part of a team and be adaptable in their approach to work.
The position is part time and involves working weekends.
Dealing with enquiries face to face, over the telephone and via email.
Arranging & conducting viewings on houses.
Obtaining feedback from viewers and reporting back to vendors.
Assisting our Sales Negotiators and Valuers throughout the sale process.
Assisting our Rentals department.
Approachable and friendly manor.
Excellent communication skills.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
A good eye for detail.
Clean driving licence.
