Deanbrook Farm, Netherthong - a traditional 3 bedroom farmhouse with adjoining outbuildings, a further barn and approximately 30 acres was sold last night at auction. The sale was held at The Huntsman Inn, Greenfield Road, Holmfirth. The property was divided into 5 lots as follows:

Lot One: Deanbrook Farmhouse and approximately 4.8 acres - Sold For £400,000.

Lot Two: Barn at Harroyd Farm with approximately 8.82 acres - Sold For £298,000.

Lot Three: Land off Thong Lane (4.22 acres approx) - Sold For £66,000.

Lot Four: Land Off Thong Lane (10.25 acres approx) - Sold For £124,000.

Lot Five: Land Off Deanbrook Road (2.47 acres approx) - Sold For £35,000.

Total Realisation: £923,000.
