About Malkin House Farm

Malkin House is an old farming hamlet made up of a cluster of farm cottages on the hills above Holmfirth. These days the hamlet is made up of five houses we believe that the property which we are marketing was probably two cottages historically. It is accessed down a short unmade lane from Brow Lane.

It is believed to date back over 200 years but its actual age is not certain. Our clients have occupied the property for just short of 20 years maintaining its character and adding a modern stable block on the land.
