Surveys and Professional Valuations

John Green MRICS, our professionally qualified Chartered Surveyor is able to carry out surveys and valuation reports.

We carry out Valuation reports for a number of Banks, Building Societies, Housing Associations and Builders as well as the private individual.

If you are buying a property it is always advisable to have an independent report carried out. There are two levels of survey available:

1.) RICS Homebuyers Report.
This is a comprehensive report which comments on all aspects of the property. The Homebuyers Report is carried out in a standard format set out by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

2.) Basic Valuation Report
Less detailed than the Homebuyers Report in that attention is only drawn to specific faults found in the property.
