We have considerable experience in dealing with small to medium size developments and conversions and have a good understanding of how to market these sites effectively. We regularly sell sites from scratch and create bespoke marketing plans for each site. Most recently we have launched sites in Netherton, Lepton, Upperthong and Meltham and enjoyed great success with sales.

We have also been successful in rejuvenating sites that have gone stale in the hands of other Estate Agents such as Green Lane Mill in Holmfirth, the Wildspur Mills complex in New Mill, Tamewater Court in Dobcross and Empire Works in Slaithwaite.

Our experienced Valuer & Partner, Rob, regularly works with developers from the early stages of house design, sometimes before outline planning permission has been achieved to ensure that the homes built meet the market for property in the area.

Before any site is launched to the open market we will work closely with you to create a marketing plan with the aim of creating maximum exposure for the properties and building a database of interested parties.

By building close relationships with both the developer and buyers, our aim is to take the pressure off – allowing you to the time to concentrate on building.

Our in house photographer Lucie will visit the site on a regular basis to provide updated images as the site progresses and we will use these to promote the properties online and via social media. Our favourite shots are always the ones that show the development complete, with new owners happy in their homes.
