Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation our March Property Auction has been cancelled as have all open viewings at the houses within the sale. Each property within the Auction remains for sale currently and we have agreed with our clients to invite offers for the properties from interested parties.  Each property has different circumstances behind it so we will run through each property with details of what to do if you are interested.

Best and Final Offer Process

Your offer should be submitted by email to the relevant member of staff who is dealing with the sale and should include the amount of your offer, proof of funding (i.e. bank statement, etc) showing you have full access to funds covering the amount you are offering, photographic ID (copy of your driving license, passport, etc.) and something dated within the last 3 months that shows your name at your home address (utility bill, council tax bill, bank statement etc.). All offers will remain confidential and will only be discussed with the vendor after the final offers date.

The successful party will then be notified and put in touch with our clients solicitor (or via your own solicitor if preferred) to pay the 10% deposit, sign and exchange contracts immediately, and complete within 28 days.
