ABOUT CHOPPARDS MILL This unique detached property is made of a number of former buildings associated to Choppards Mill - a former Fulling Mill which existed on the site during Victorian times. Our client purchased the property in 1974 and carried out extensive renovation and redesigning of the building under the supervision of the renowned architect Arthur Quarmby.

The building is effectively in 3 sections, approached through an open archway between 2 garages which feature bedroom accommodation over them - this section of the building was largely rebuilt from derelict cottages and outbuildings and enhanced with some superb reclaimed stonework and detailing. The middle section is a former Tenter shed and is single storey in height - this houses the kitchen.
