ABOUT THE GRANGE The property is believed to date back to the 17th century, we understand as a barn to the nearby Manor House. It is of a timber framed "aisled" construction with 4 tall king post trusses having aisles to either side. The external structure is traditional rubble filled walls under a pitched stone slate roof.

We are informed that it was used for agricultural purposes up until the mid-1970s; when it was converted to a fine dining restaurant. It subsequently became a house in the 1980s and our clients purchased the property in 2002. At the time they carried out a comprehensive scheme of renovation works, then shortly afterwards rebuilt the adjoining garage structure, adding an additional room above it.

The day to day entrance to the property is through a porch on the rear side of the property by the driveway.
