Guide Price: £160,000 to £170,000
A 2 bedroomed mid terraced cottage in need of some refurbishment but will create a lovely home for someone willing to put some time and effort into bringing it back to life again. It occupies a canal side position and is within a short canal side walk of the village centre and all its shops and amenities. The village train station is also within walking distance giving you access to Leeds and Manchester. The basement offers the same amount of floor area as the ground floor and provides an opportunity to maybe convert this space into useable accommodation. Externally, there is a garden to the front, and a shared access yard at the rear.
