During the marketing period they will constantly review the amount of interest in your home. They’ll talk to you about all the different tools we have available to keep your home at the forefront of the market and implement changes at the appropriate time.
We will produce an array of marketing materials: we’ll send you a copy of the brochure for you to approve which will form the basis of the online listing. Your home will also be featured in our distinctive office windows and will be listed on this website, Zoopla and Rightmove to ensure we reach the widest possible audience. We provide enhanced marketing on Rightmove with all our properties receiving a Premium Listing to further boost your homes visibility amongst the rest.
